1. How Much Does Shipping Costs And How Long Will Delivery Takes To Reach My Place?

  • Standard Shipping - Free of charge, items are expected to reach within 16 - 23 working days.
  • Express Shipping - $30 shipping fee will be charged and it only takes up 6 - 15 working days for the item to reach your hand.

For International customer aside for the US, we offer 2 shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping - Free of charge, however it takes up 18 - 35 working days for the items to reach your hand; or,
  • Express Shipping - $50 shipping fee will be charged and it only takes up 8 - 16 working days for the items to reach your hand.

Kindly take note that sometimes it might take 3-4 days for the order to be processed due to high order demand.

2. What If My Watch Breaks?

If your watch breaks for any reason at all, simply email us at shops@tribemetrics.io and we will send you a replacement. You are covered by both our 100% money back guarantee and our 1 year International warranty. There is absolutely no risk on your part.

3. I Have Inserted A Sim Card In My SmartWatch But Why It Isn't Working?

Every Sim Card and mobile operates on different frequencies. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Kindly check with your local carrier / service provider on the compatibility of the Sim Card with the SmartWatch purchased on the Watch Specification Section.

4. Can I Update The Watch System To Its Latest Version?

Our SmartWatch is designed only to work with the current Android/Windows OS installed in it. Any alterations such as upgrades or flashing a newer version will void the return or refund regulation.

5. Can I Upgrade The Watch Storage Space?

The stated ROM amount shows the maximum available ROM with nothing installed. However, the Android/Windows OS and pre-installed software from the manufacturer will occupy some of this ROM. The available ROM on the device will therefore be slightly less than the ROM listed. Any alterations such as upgrades or replacing the memory storage will void the return or refund regulation.

7. When Will You Ship My Order?

Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours i.e 9 a.m to 5 p.m (Monday to Friday), and will be dispatched as soon as they're ready! In case when we do not have something in stock, you will be refunded and notified through e-mail to avoid detainment of your shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.

8. How Can I Track The Delivery Of My Order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. The information can also be found in our website under Track Order. To check your parcel's progress, just key in the tracker ID provided.

9. I Placed And Submitted My Order But I Did Not Receive Any Confirmation E-Mail
