Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days since the date of receipt to return your item. You must contact customer service before returning your item. Payment and Refund Team will enquire on the reason of your refund. Only faulty or damaged items will be refunded. If a customer provide reason(s) on refund which is invalid upon warehouse inspection, we will consider to give only a partial refund for wasted labor. You have the right to examine your goods you have purchased. But to return the purchase your item must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive your goods and discover that it does not match the one you ordered, if it is damaged, or defects, please contact the customer service directly within 14 days after you received your item. Please describe what is wrong with the product. Have your order confirmation on hand to facilitate customer service.

You will agree with the customer service about what you want: Return and Refund or Return and Exchange with new item. If you choose a refund, we will transfer your money within 30 days or upon our receipt of your returned item, whichever sooner. If you choose for an exchange, we will ship your new product via Express Shipment upon our receipt of your returned item.

You will get the address on where should you return the item and as soon as we receive the item and approve the condition, we will send you a new product or refund your money. You will have to pay for the return shipment cost in the case of a refund.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if any applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Providing reasons on refund which is due to personal negligence, e.g purchasing a product without reading through the description and features or the compatibility of the product.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to invalid, incomplete or illegible shipping and billing information provided (including customer's name, recipient's name, shipping address, contact number and etc.).

To make the process runs smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) or video(s) of your item(s) matter & condition.

All refund request will be given a timeline to ship the product back to our warehouse and to provide us with the tracking number used for the return shipment. Failing to do so within the given timeline, refund team will deemed the case as close and no refund will be given.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 20 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the watch if you have selected the wrong item. However, the company is not responsible for the shipment fee of the return item for an exchange and any refund for the selection of a cheaper priced item. We will charge the additional price for the exchange of an item with higher price.

All returned item would be subjected to inspection first to ensure the item is in its original and undamaged state before the release of the exchanged item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Alternatively, items may be returned within 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to us.

Once you receive it, please send it back to us using our easy returns process and we will refund your purchase by contacting us at shops@tribemetrics.io. But we hope once you receive the product that you love it so much you decide to keep it!

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact our customer service to enquire the nearest warehouse location available from your area for shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs or any custom duty imposed for returning your item. Shipping costs and custom duty fee are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a registered courier service provider, trackable shipping service and/or covered shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item using any low cost shipping courier.
